This beautiful Ethiopian offering comes from a collection of farmers at the Halo Hartume washing station, located in the Gedeb municipality of Ethiopia.
The Halo Hartume washing station is directly supported by smallholder farms. By sourcing exclusively from these farms, they are able to create new opportunities for smallholder farmers whose coffee might not have been marketable as premium specialty coffee. This provides farmers with access to state of the art processing equipment; creating value for farmers while building consistency and quality.
